America is historically in a very bad place. And American media and nonstop agendas seem to be getting worse. Just days after the agenda against Michael Jackson was exposed internationally by biographer Michael Smallcombe and others picking apart all the lies that were told by James Safechuck and Wade Robson, in contrast, people representing other accusers with serious credibility issues attached to the Bill Cosby fiasco just scored a victory. AIG settled 7 defamation suits with 7 of Cosby’s accusers. However, Bill Cosby did not agree to anything as some media outlets are incorrectly reporting. Bill Cosby’s insurance AIG has made this decision on its own without Bill Cosby’s consent.
The message coming directly from one of Bill Cosby’s social media pages is below:
“Mr. Cosby did not settle any cases with anyone. He is not paying anything to anyone, and he is still pursuing his counterclaims. AIG decided to settle these cases, without the knowledge, permission and/or consent of Mr. Cosby.”
These settlements have moved forward without Bill Cosby’s involvement. Some outlets were quickly reporting with the implication that it is Bill Cosby agreeing to these settlements and paying when he is not. He maintains his innocence and does not agree with paying these women anything.
Bill Cosby’s publicist, Andrew Wyatt, confirmed via email to USA TODAY.
“Mr. Cosby did not settle any cases with anyone. He is not paying anything to anyone, and he is still pursuing his counterclaims. AIG (Cosby’s insurance carrier) decided to settle these cases, without the knowledge, permission and/or consent of Mr. Cosby.”
Wyatt’s statement continues, “Mr. Cosby vehemently denies the allegations brought against him in these defamation suits and he maintains his innocence.”
There is an abundance of information proving that the accounts of these women were not truthful and do not check out. Still, however, American media, perhaps influenced by the #MeToo Movement and feminist groups, have assisted these women every step of the way regardless and helped bury information that could have vindicated Bill Cosby to some degree had the public been made aware.
Working almost solely from the benefit of misled popular opinion and not any facts, evidence or proof, these women were awarded settlement victories on the strength of the evidenceless and inconsistent accusations alone. Of those awarded were Tamara Green, Therese Serignese and Barbara Bowman, Bowman who once publicly referred to Bill Cosby as her “pot of gold” that she needed to take care of. Another woman who was originally part of the suit but had died is Louisa Moritz. Moritz claimed Cosby assaulted her when the 2 appeared on “The Tonight Show”. However, when the database was checked, it was discovered that Cosby and Moritz never once did appear on the same night of the Tonight Show.
With so much evidence in Bill Cosby’s favor failing to reach the media or the courts, and now with AIG’s impulsive decision to award the accusers without his knowledge, the semblance of corruption and conspiracy is becoming even more conspicuous. Bill Cosby released a statement below:
For several years now most of the American media has been hiding key information, including many of the inconsistencies entailed with the stories and testimonies of the accusers, and primarily painted a picture of Bill Cosby’s guilt. There was rarely dissemination of important facts, but most usually a biased anti-Cosby spin. Hatred built from a media misled public eventually led to a conviction by a jury that did not convict Cosby properly beyond a reasonable doubt as they were supposed to according to the law. Juror “number one”, Harrison Snieder, even admitted this inadvertently live on television when he appeared on “ABC News”. He said he was not completely convinced of Cosby’s guilt but decided to go with “guilty” based on pressure from “what other people were saying” and an excerpt from the deposition that was deceptively taken completely out of context; the same deposition that was never supposed to ever be used against him. So in no exaggeration whatsoever, Bill Cosby shouldn’t even have been convicted.
Today the masses have been brainwashed with the belief that Bill Cosby is a serial rapist, even though many of the allegations were provably impossible. For future generations to come, however, and perhaps when the sensationalization of victim culture has subsided to some degree, this entire situation may eventually be looked at as one of the most unfair, one-sided and unconstitutional legal atrocities in American history.
