A respiratory therapist at Brooklyn’s Maimonides Medical Center, Raeburn Fairweather, became infected with the coronavirus, but he fought it off and returned to work to continue helping other people. Fairweather said he was tested for COVID-19 on March 18, became badly ill, but resumed his work after treating himself with home remedies.

Fairweather admitted that his job entailed the risky task of inserting and removing ventilator tubes from the tracheas of coronavirus patients and that in the early stages of the pandemic staff did not always wear protective gear.
Fairweather, 47, told reporters that his fever spiked to 104 degrees and that he felt like his body was falling apart. Fairweather said, “The Tylenol would not bring it down.” He continued, “Headaches were immense. They were making my eyeballs feel like they were on springs.”
Fairweather said the respiratory illness wears your body down. The illness temporarily obstructed his senses of smell and taste as he coughed up thick white mucus for 3 days. He warned that if your body can’t fight it, you will not make it. This is most likely why the elderly are at a higher risk. Fairweather is a married father of 5 and he had to quarantine himself away from his family while he battled the illness.
Fairweather is originally from Jamaica and began treating himself with traditional Caribbean home remedies made with turmeric, garlic, and ginger. The irony for this medical professional is that is wasn’t Western medicine that saved him, as he mentioned the Tylenol didn’t bring his fever down. It was his Jamaican roots and holistic remedies that prevailed in the end. Thankfully he was able to make a full recovery and return to the job he loved. When asked about the decision to return to work Fairweather said, “I love my job, and I was very bored at home.”
The reason some mainstream outlets avoid promoting stories like this to the same degree as sensationalizing coronavirus related deaths is because it goes against the agenda. Many outlets are more interested in scaring people with the rise of infected people and coronavirus related deaths. This fear also justifies the need for a global lockdown and sets the stage for medical martial law.
Pharmaceutical giants would rather the public not know that there are holistic remedies in existence that may work better than some of the toxic vaccines on the market. Consequently, success stories like Fairweather’s may be scuttled. Also, certain sustained lifestyles make some diseases impossible for some. Some people are more susceptible to certain diseases and ailments because of the food that they eat or don’t eat. At any rate, there is no money in a healthy society or holistic cures. That is why the industries that the masses trust blindly go out of their way to block them covertly and pave the way for vaccines and preventive drugs that often come with a host of other side effects. Many people are unaware that this has been covertly done for decades and believe vaccines are the end all be all. Even as far back as the 1800s, scientific pioneers like Alfred Wallace wrote about how successful holistic methods were being blocked and destroyed in order to make way for the more dangerous but profitable vaccines. Cures can not be patented and mass-distributed, so, unfortunately, we won’t hear about them much.

Regardless of what theory anyone subscribes to about its origin, the health threat is real and it is here. Only the naïve think it to be happenstance, but this is irrelevant at this point. The threat to public health is among us and there is a risk factor, but it can be overcome. According to the information given to us, the vast majority of people who become infected are expected to make a full recovery with the proper care. Being terrified and locking ourselves away until our respective governments tell us we can leave is the promoted way of dealing with it. Another approach besides fear is being hopeful, knowledgeable and aware of preventative methods while sharing helpful information that works.
There are lot of alternative remedies. The problem is there are NO studies to validate what is. As you know, some things work for some people and not for others. More info is needed.
The reason there are no studies showing us which home remedies work is because out healthcare system is not interested in holistic remedies and cures. We have a very controlled system in place mainly concerned with promoting drugs and procedures.
